Women's jiu jitsu kimonos

It's not a men's kimono in a small size. The women's pattern changes the shoulder width, the jacket length and the fit at the waist and hips, which is where a unisex pattern ends up loose on top and tight below.

A kimono that doesn't fit well isn't just uncomfortable: the extra fabric in the sleeves and lapels gives your opponent extra grips.

Colors: white, blue and black, without mixing jacket and pants, as the rules require.

GSM measures the density of the jacket, which is where the grip battle happens. At 450 GSM the fabric is firmer: it's harder for your opponent to close their hand on the collar and sleeve, and the jacket lasts more seasons of daily use.

The price of that density is a little more weight. If you train several days a week or compete, it's worth it.

They meet the uniform rules: permitted colors without mixing, collar within thickness and stiffness limits, regulation sleeve and pant length.

Sizes F0 to F3. Our kimonos don't shrink, so don't buy a size up to compensate for washing. That said: if you're between two sizes, take the larger one. If it's tight from the start, it will stay tight.

Wash inside out in cold water, 30 °C max, with mild detergent. No bleach, no fabric softener —it alters the consistency of the collar—, no tumble dryer and no iron. Air dry, out of direct sunlight. The full washing guide has the details.
